Good location and rooms are spacious. Exit doors and entrance gates could use improvement. Trash rooms should be cleaned more often. Bad communication from office.
Living here has been a great experience, the staff is friendly and the spot is kept up pretty alright. The only issue I seriously have is safety. The doors still have issues locking at night and there have been multiple times sketchy people have walked in trying to access the floors above
It really nice here. The staff have events for the residents. There always seems to be a problem with the back gate access. Every now and then same goes with the back area elevator.
I love the view that I have from my apartment and the location. The Arizona State University's Downtown Phoenix campus is located conveniently down the street and is surrounded by the beautiful arts district.
Over all my experience here at Roosevelt Point has been a good one. I really like how friendly and how welcoming the first floor is. I enjoy the music and all of the weekly events such as free food Friday and taco Tuesday. Even once my time at ASU is completed I would definitely consider renting here after.
I've had a great time living at Roosevelt Point and my experience has been positive in every aspect. I especially enjoy the community events, where I get free food and get to interact with other residents.
I like it! i don’t love it! I think the staff is friendly, i’ve never had a single issue with them. I haven’t had to put in any maintenance requests so i cannot speak for them. It does seem like at least one elevator breaks for two days every month. I personally don’t hear my neighbors, and unless i have my window open I don’t hear the pool. The construction is super loud starting at 5 in the morning sometimes. (when the window is open it wakes me, window closed it doesnt) I wish i got an unfurnished unit the furniture is extremely underwhelming. I live in a one bedroom and it feels spacious, my closet has more than enough space, bathroom is pretty standard, my bedroom has a lot of walkable space as well. all of my kitchen cabinets open and my living room is pretty decent. Don’t think you wont need a gym membership! the gym is equipped with 5 treadmills. I would love it more if it didn’t feel so dormy and if construction ended but they can’t really control them doing construction all the time. The best part is being downtown! its super close to downtown asu. First Friday seems to migrate closer and closer each month and sometimes its a little tough to get in but it’s not the end of the world.
Great location at a good value. Still a luxury to walk 10 minutes to class. Management and maintenance are pretty good about responding to emails and such.
very basic apartments, but nothing to complain about other than there is one office worker in the south building that does not put any effort into helping residents beyond giving them their packages.
I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff is very welcoming. In the few times that I have had to put in a maintenance request it has gotten done that same day or the following which is amazing.
Love my studio apartment on the first floor. Easy access in and out of building. Laundry machine works fine. A/C is in proper working condition. Overall, very satisfied.
I have enjoyed my time here thus far, but it looks like the rates are about to go up significantly and the wi-fi has not improved accordingly.
I enjoy having my personal space compared to dorm life! For the most part it is pretty quite on the other hand hearing construction every morning.
Its a great place and all the amenities come in handy. I like the cold pool and the multiple elevators. It is a secure place and the gym it has is always clean.
It’s great. I love how nice the rooms are and it’s really quiet here. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer, a kitchen and a bathroom. Also they’re very nice in the housing office
Really cool location close to arizona state university but also close to cool restaurants, a theater, and right on first Friday which is the best.
Overall good apartments for college students. I wish they had updates furniture on the pool deck because a lot of the chairs are broken. And I wish the elevators were cleaned more often because they get disgusting. The office staff is very nice though!
Always room for improvement. Love the location close to downtown Phoenix, and ASU Campus. Pool is great, rooms are good sizes. Workout room isn't good at all, only a couple treadmills. Isn't the prettiest or cleanest on the outside.
absolutely awful. management doesn’t really care about their residents at all, its such a toxic environment that any one here struggling with any kind of chronic illness will have breakouts, as well as how management will come into your own home and yell at you.
I really enjoy living at roosevelt point, the only thing keeping me away from five stars is the trash rooms, then need to be DEEPLY cleaned and need to be maintained. They cause an awful smell throughout the whole floor that is quite unpleasant to come home to after a long day.
The proximity to campus definitely is the best feature of the complex. I love how bright and modern the communal spaces are. I find it hard to come up with any major complaints!
it's okay, I won't be renewing but I'm happy with the year I spent here. Personally don't like living with other people. Would rather live in the cheaper side of phx by myself.
For a great, reasonable price, this is a great place to live in one of the biggest cities in the country. For an Arizona State student, it is within reasonable distance of campus, and has everything I need.
My room is A and it gets very hot from the heater. However, i can’t keep my fans on and the AC because then i get an overdraft fee. Not sure how i like living here.
Thanks for the good living experience. Apart from a few small things (my apartment was very dirty when I moved in, a few maintenance orders have taken a long time to fulfill, etc.), things are really good. I already renewed for next year, so here's to another good year ahead.
I have contacted the emergency email address because the battery died on my fob reader. It has been over an hour of me waiting for someone and have not heard anything.
I love it here! It is close to everything! You can go tho the Dbacks game, suns, first Friday. I just wish the elevators worked all the time and the door on the back.
I love living at RoPo! Being so close to school and just being downtown in general is perfect for me! I wish the community events were more in the evening just because I could barely go to them because I work!
Overall, love my room and space in the apartment and the fitness room that I can conveniently use throughout my busy week. The pool was fun to use during hotter temperatures, and the grounds look relatively clean.
Overall, it is a good place to live. There are minor annoyances, but this is my second year living at RoPo. The fitness center is very small, but the furnished rooms are nice!
i’m liking the experience so far. some things i would change would be that the hot tub is not hot at all, it’s colder than the pool. another thing is that the water in the shower is not as hot as it could be either. other than that I do enjoy living here and probably will next year as well.
Overall the community is okay, not great but also not terrible. I have had issues with maintenance taking quite a while to get to our unit, but I understand there is limited staff.
The location itself is great. Given the close proximity to asu’s downtown campus, the building is largely a student body, which is nice. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. I have a pre-furnished apartment — the furniture isn’t the best but it’s decent value for the cost of rent.
Everything is generally okay, the main things that bother me are how thin the windows and doors are. I can hear everything from outside and inside mt apartment, especially with the construction
I enjoy living here for the most part. It’s kind of annoying that I can hear everything through the walls and that I can always hear it when people are partying at the pool, the place is nice.
I love living here! The community is awesome. I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many new people. The amenities are very nice and allow me to have a good time here!
Living here has not been bad. I like that it's close to school, and majority of the residents are students. I also like that amenities are included in the rent. However, the condition of the apartment was not up to par.
Friendly staff, clean environment, and fun resident appreciation events! I appreciate the business center and how they deal with our packages.
The Roosevelt Point community is incredibly lively, active, and friendly! The buildings are located right in downtown and keep everyone close to Phoenix's bustling city center.
I have had an overall great experience living here so far. I love my apartment as well as my roommate and I get along. The only negatives so far has been the gym being closed for a couple of days and the AC was experiencing issues when I first arrived.
I haven't had anything wrong with it but i did wish there were more community or floor events. i really dont know what else to say but its not bad.
I love living here! The location is so close to school and everything I need. Not only that, but the community here is amazing. There are tons of resident events which is also cool.
My experience at Roosevelt Point has been positive thus far. The elevators being broken has been the worst thing and that is not a major issue. Otherwise I like my apartment amenities and my roommates.
its nice and close to school. the walk is only 15 mins and i park my car close too. its just loud and sketchy at night. but overall, okay forsure.
My resident experience has been good so far. I really like how close I live to campus. I also enjoy having my own bedroom and bathroom with my own lease. Lastly, i am really glad that there is a shuttle that takes me to the grocery store each week so I can get food.
I enjoy living at Roosevelt Point. The apartment space is very nice and it is in a great location in the Downtown Phoenix area.
While I do wish that the North Tower had free weights in its gym, like the South Tower, I think that is my only complaint about the place.
I love the private restroom and the room itself. The balcony view is my favorite as well on how the apartment is furnished. The kitchen is neatly set up as well as the table I find the whole apartment comfortable.
I personally like the ROPO experience and the community in general but there is some issues I see. The key fobs don't always work or the gates and thats the issue
Very welcoming. It also is very quite which helps because when I need to study I’m able without feeling like I have to leave the so apartment.
This is my first year at Roosevelt point, and I am loving it! They matched me with the best roommate. We’ve been going to all the building events together like the Hawaiian pool party, painting class, taco Tuesday, and more. Can’t wait to make more memories the rest of the year!
My experience here has been great. Its a really easy walk to class, maintenance responds quickly, the housing office is helpful, and overall the building is beautiful.
Everyone you meet is so nice and friendly and always willing to help! There could be more opportunities, such as events, specifically focused on meeting people within the community or on your floor.
Location is good! Apartments are spacious and the complex has good amenities. However, the gyms are very small, the elevators are funky and slow, and apartments lack high quality finishes and furniture could be better.
My experience here has been great so far. I love that the walk to school is not a long, grueling one. I would consider living here next year, as well.
Great community overall. There are plenty of kind people with smiling faces. There are many convenient amenities that are well kept and easily accessible.
Its been pretty good. Theres a lot of great amenities and the location is great. However, maintenance requests take a really long time to get resolved and mail can be an issue.
Loving my apartment so far! The community is so nice and they host events which is nice too!! Having furniture included was a huge plus as well!
It's been cool so far. Management could be nicer and the unit was pretty dirty but other than that it's been fine. Nothing special but it gets the job done.
My apartment wasn't ready on move in. The previous tenant left trash there and maintenance left painter's tape on the walls. Maintenance requests are slow and many times don't fix the problem. Some of the front desk people are helpful and cool, others are not.
So far, my resident experience has been nothing but great. All amenities are up and working and I don’t expect conditions to change anytime soon.
I have been having trouble since the first day of being at ROPO but overall I love my roomates which makes the stay a slight better and comforting.
I like Roosevelt point! The staff is super nice, the residents are nice as well. If you need something staff is always there to help you!!!!
Apartment is great! I renewed my lease and i’m glad I did because this property is so convenient and close to my school! Will definitely recommend ropo to others!
The only issue I’ve ran into is our parking garage. The door is taking a while to be fixed and I have uncovered parking for $70. Other than that, the view is outstanding and the appliances are fantastic!
Living in roosevelt point apartments have been awesome. It's very comfortable for me as a student more that it's close to the ASU campus. I will recommend this apartments to others.
Apartments could be better but decent. The maintenance sometimes takes too long, and two hours guest parking is really stupid. But the apartments are big and nice
Ropo is a clean, friendly environment that I enjoy living in. I have lived here for over a year now and I am always seeing improvements! They are receptive to feedback as well.
Great location. Good maintenance team. Bad communication from office to residents. Hallways and trash rooms not taken care of as often as they should be.
The parking garage has been very hectic and the trash always seems to be overflowing, but the staff is great and takes care of issues promptly.
Everything has been up to par. I haven't really had to complain about anything, except the door to the parking garage being broken. That is about it.
Overall I think the management team is very poorly trained on handling any sort of situation that arises within this establishment. They handle things in a way that make the resident feel as if things are their fault, they go back on their word every single time they speak, they prioritize “taco Tuesday” and “movie night Wednesday” over not having trash scatter throughout the building and horrible smells. This place was a great spot to live in downtown and very close to the ASU campus; however, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management team needs a serious talking to about the way they operate on a day to day basis.
The best aspect of Roosevelt Point is the actual apartment that I am staying in. I have had numerous issues arise with the office management team and it seems as if they do not know how to react when these issues arise. I had my lease broken multiple times by them, had to transfer without requesting the transfer, and was told I would receive movers for the inconvenience. I hoped that after the issues occurred, some changes would happen and they would follow through with their promises; however, I never received movers and had to spend an entire day moving my things out of an apartment I did not want to move out of, to an apartment that I did not want to move into. There was a lot of let downs within the last year here and I hope that they receive a new community manager to help change the place around.
The apartment is honestly top quality, all the essentials are here plus a great mattress, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The only thing that is a problem for me is the constant air conditioning turning off and on often wakes me up cause of how loud it is and then it blows on the blinds causing a “chime-like” incident.
Apartment is o.k. staffs are friendly. managers are aweful. location is awesome. there are some issues with fire alarms, smell in the elevator and etc. Common area is always dirty. I live in South building. I guess the management team only cares about North building because that's where potential residents are toured.
Very nice apartments. The leasing office is always an amazing help I never hesitate to call them for help. I really enjoy this apartment and recommend it.
I have enjoyed my time here a time ROPO. The community assistants are so helpful and welcoming. The pool area is very relaxing and beautiful.
The location of Roosevelt Point is excellent it is very close to ASU. The staff is friendly and informative! Has great amenities included as well.
I'm a 21 yr old girl living by myself and requested multiple times before move-in to not be on the first floor due to safety concerns because of the big glass doors, but despite this, I was placed on the first floor right next to a gate that leads out to an alley. Plus, 2 blinds panels were missing upon my move in, which is a double privacy and safety concern, because all the people walking through the heavily trafficked gate can see in. I feel that my safety is in question if someone wanted to break in. Secondly, parking is a nightmare, there's no designated guest parking for more than 2 hrs, and on the day of move in when parking in the garage was pandemonium because tons of people were moving in, my reserved spot of course had someone else parked in it, so i parked in a different spot, hence I WAS TOWED. A little grace would have been nice, seeing as how i didn't even live here for 24hrs yet. Other wise things seem fine so far, Roosevelt point seems welcoming with lots of new resident events.
I have seen my friend's apartments while they were living at Roosevelt Point and they looked really nice. Roosevelt Point is also very thorough and makes sure that everything they need from us is communicated.
I really enjoyed living in a student environment in downtown Phoenix. The residents were very friendly and welcoming. Also, the amenities and facilities make it worth while!
Great place to live! Close to ASU downtown campus and 1st Friday. The pool and gym is also the perfect touch to my life style. Awesome place to live
It was actually pretty awful. This app didn’t let me put down less than half a star but holy moly. Our apt flooded and got moldy in December. Not only did the manager lie to my roommate and me, she involved her mother and made it seem like we were all lying to each other. It wasn’t until we went in together that we caught her lying. Hallways always smell like urine or vomit. Never live here. I promise you you’ll regret it. Honestly go live at the met across the street. It’s cheaper, nicer,
everything was relatively clean when i arrived, the staff are students so you can relate to them easier, and package pickup services are extremly convenient. i’m staying here for my second year starting this month
It’s awesome! Having lived in probably over 10 rental complex in states in five cities, Roosevelt point is absolutely my top choice! Among CA, IL, AZ, NY!
It’s okay I like the staff when they are helpful and the rooms are decent. They’re small but that’s okay. I like how I get my own bathroom and how safe I feel in this building.
Excited to be at RoPo! Seems to have a good following of college students and located in the perfect area. Minutes away from some really awesome must see spots.
The apartments super close to campus and everything downtown. The staff is great and super helpful! Before moving in, they're willing to answer any questions you may have (no matter how dumb) and were very eager to give tours.
Very good apartment and a convenient location for students. About 10 minutes away from the downtown Phoenix campus, which is perfect. Would recommend
A great place to live! The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything. The community is great and the only problem would be getting parking.
It was good, had fun times and friends. I liked it here. I would live here again if I could. I had a good apartment and liked the staff here.
The staff are great and they put on some good events. Nice counter tops and appliances but the AC is loud and so is the bar across the street.
Super awesome and couldn't be in a better place in downtown Phoenix and so close to the ASU campus. Everything is within walking distance and perfectly setup for any college student looking for housing
I love Roosevelt Point. The community is fantastic, the surrounding area is terrific. My roommates and I love all the amenities. It’s an absolute upgrade over Taylor Place, that’s for sure
Love this place! Staff are nice and are accommodating to most people. Happy I spent 3 years living here while attending school. Love you RoPo
The staff and the residents are lovely and welcoming. It’s great to bond with other students, living here. And having the gym and pool are great.
It is a great first apartment, especially for students attending ASU downtown. There are some issues, but overall it is a great first place.
I will be living here this upcoming school year and I am so excited! I look forward to being a resident here starting on August 16th, and am counting down the days!
Overall experience was fine but many small issues occurred while I stayed here. My check for payment for rent was misplaced by management 3 times and I had maintenance issues that took weeks for a response
When I took a tour of the apartment the office staff were very welcoming. They gave me a thorough breakdown of all their amenities and I fell in love with the things they had to offer. Their rewards program is great for college students like me, and I’ll be using it to buy groceries!
The Roosevelt Point community is a unique one in that while it offers many amenities, it fails to diverge from offering a living community that caters to multiple age groups. I understand that it has a large college population, but it’s hard to feel a sense of community. The rent is too high for the rooms and apartments it offers.
I respect the effort, but I’m not satisfied with the entire experience.
Good just not great small things like the bubbles in the hot tub not working also 3rd floor common area needs upgrade and good location and good people
I love that there’s a pool and it’s close to school for me. Parking price is reasonable and I appreciate that there’s covered parking. I also like the fitness center
I can’t wait to move here in the fall! So many things stood out to me especially with how close it is to campus and I think this is the perfect place to call home in the fall!
Could do a lot better. Gates are often broken, pool is green and the hallways often smell like trash. When paying rent it is often entered in wrong and I have to check back every day to make sure that I'm not getting charged a late fee.
I love the atmosphere here at Roosevelt point. Everyone is very welcoming and energetic. It’s a very nice place to be at. It’s clean and close to school. It works perfect for me!
The front desk staff was very helpful when I signed my lease and gave me a great tour. They were one of the main reasons I decided to sign at Roosevelt rather than a competitor apartment.
I love most aspects of living here, but I am very upset with the parking. They wouldn't give me a spot at first and when they finally did, it was in the sun. It is miserable everyday getting into my car and when I drive through the garage, only about 1/10 of the spots ever even have cars in them. I know I could have just ONE of those spots and not be miserable every single day when I get in my car. It's also very frustrating that I pay the same amount for that misery that everyone else in the garage pays.
A community feel once you step in. Property is very clean. The people seem very relaxed and at peace with their own lives. Hope to stay here for awhile.
Property is always clean and living downtown is great. The staff have always been helpful and maintenance requests get done in a timely manner.
My experience at Roosevelt Point has been good. I like how it is close to campus and that each person living here has their own bathroom. The beds are also comfortable so that is a plus too.
Good but they need to clean the hallways and elevators smell like ore from the animals. More cleaning needs to be done. Not all of the fitness machines are working
The apartments are generally clean, the maintenance come promptly when needed, and the staff is friendly. The gym amenities could be improved.
Roosevelt point is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I enjoy the fun activities the staff puts on. My only reservation is the length of time the maintenance takes.
Managers are rude. My building's living condition is a lot different from where I was toured. I feel like I was fooled. This place is overpriced. I regret renewing the rent I blame my laziness so bad
This is not a great place to live honestly. Better options out there. I regret renewing it due to my laziness to move all my stuff out. Managers are extremely rude.
Love living at Roosevelt point. The amenities are amazing and the price is such a bargain. I like that all my utilities are included in my rent and I love the furnished apartment option. I wish the elevators weren’t out of order almost every month
RoPo is a great place to live if you go to ASU downtown! I love being so close to my campus while living somewhere nice and quiet. It's awesome
Living at Roosevelt Point has been very awesome. There are ever only small issues, but maintenance will come almost immediately to fix them. Everyone is very friendly.
My initial moving in process was a little rough. There were some miscommunications between the staff and I about moving in. But since then, it’s been a great experience. The employees in the lobby are always super sweet and enjoyable and the maintenance guys are so nice and go out of their way to help.
Very nice. Rooms are a good size. Bathrooms are nice but drains get clogged easily. Only real complaint is the noise level. Doors are also very thin.
Nice area and only a 10 minute walk to the downtown Phoenix ASU campus. Mostly quality things in the buildings. My biggest complaint would be things breaking down and it seems to take many days for things to be fixed and their "gym" is so tiny. So, if the gym is important to you, this is not the place to stay.
My experience so far has been great and will continue to be great...it is very convenient for me as I go to ASU and is also great spot in the middle of downtown
I enjoy living so close to campus, however, it is very difficult to deal with staff and having my questions answered. Very upset in general.
Love individual leases, I’ve had a few rude interactions with employees/management and I don’t appreciate that the building is not honest about recycling nor does it have recycling. Those two are a turn off to a resident who want to trust the place their living at.
Unfortunately multiple features seem to be broken or "out of order" at all times of the year. The staff is very friendly and works to make everything seem a little better. The noise is relatively low compared to dorm living.
I absolutely love my apartment community. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the residents are super
fun people! The staff puts on a ton of events such as donut/coffee mornings and movie nights throughout the year. I also don’t go a day without seeing a dog which is also a great plus to living here.
Overall, I enjoy living here. It was an adjustment at first because since it is in the heart of downtown phoenix, it gets pretty noisy. However, that has nothing to do with the apartment complex itself. It is always clean here and there is very friendly staff. They go out of their way to help. Maintenance is a little slow but easy to get ahold of.
Noise downtown can be annoying but place is nice. Some electric is included, and when I owe it hasn't been much. Furnished units available.
Living at Roosevelt point has been great. The apartment is nice and everything is clean and works. The staff is very friendly. If I ever have an issue, maintenance will come and fix t quickly.
Community is great, always nice people around and I have never had problems with tenants! The rooms are a bit pricey, but it is right in the middle of downtown!
Lots of issues with communication between leasing office and maintenance. Have had about 10 things break already and haven’t been here for 6 months.
The apartment itself is relatively standard, though some appliances do not always work well such as freezer and shower. The bigger issue is the gates, elevator, and doors constantly being either under maintenance or not working at all. Staff is very friendly though, so that is a plus.
Roosevelt point is a nice apartment with a convenient location to the downtown campus. The rooms are spacious and having a separate bathroom is great.
Great location, and has parking. A lot of new bars and restaurants are going up in the area. I feel safe living and walking around downtown.
Since I moved in back in August I have had such a good experience! It’s super close to campus and the office is super friendly.I definitely recommend Roosevelt Point for others looking to live downtown!
It’s pretty noisy living downtown but I do feel very safe in Roosevelt. The parking garages are a huge plus with key fab entry. Facilities are usually clean!
I really like living here! Everyone who works here is so nice and tries their best to accommodate you. Sometimes it is hard to get email responses but I understand that they are busy!
Even though there is a lot happening being directly in the downtown area, I still feel safe in the apartment. The people that live here and the leasing staff are all very nice!
This place is close to just about everything, the staff is great, and the TVs in the lobby are a nice touch. The north side of the north building has a nice view.
I love living at RoPo! It is close to campus which makes student life easier and they also hold really awesome events like a hot coco bar, taco Tuesday and more
They have always been courteous and attentive to my needs. Regardless of the situation, I know the team is there to support me. It's awesome
I have loved living here for the past two years, it has been nothing but great so far. Super close to the asu campus and other stores and restaurants
Overall I am satisfied with my experience at Roosevelt point. One of my only complaints is that my apartment is right above bliss rebar and it is super hard to go to sleep on school nights which is really annoying. The elevators are also super slow.
Very little issues, overall it has been a great experience living here! I am in a 2x2 furnished room and it has great value for the price, is simple and comes with everything I need to function in my day to day life.
I love this community! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the apartment complex is super clean and beautiful and the free printing is always a bonus!
This is a really nice place to stay. Very homey vibe because they do community things like pancakes for dinner and other things like a taco bar. It is just nice that they have food because some times you don’t have to cook.
Very welcoming and friendly environment! The noise level is always kept to a minimum, which makes it easier for studying and homework. The study room is also very useful.
Living at Roosevelt Point has been a great experience so far. The office staff is always super friendly when I go in there. Living downtown has been convenient since everything is nearby
It is very nice having your own room and bathroom and all of those things but it is rather annoying that it is almost impossible on not going over your electric bill and having random room checks. The apartment requires frequent maintenance requests and very little solutions.
Horrible management, everything is broken all the time. The only good think is price and location. The apartment is relatively small, but furnished which is also good
My experience at Roosevelt Point is great so far. I enjoy the neighborhood, the downtown atmosphere and the staff at RoPo. Out of all the downtown apartments, RoPo is probably in the top 3 in term price and value
Its pretty good. You get what you pay for. It is the cheapest place in the area so thats good. The walls and doors are thin and I always hear weird noises in the walls.
I love living at Ropo, the location is convenient, the apartments and facilities are comfortable and the staff is great ❤️ They have resident appreciation weeks and they are fun!
People are friendly. Some things get forgotten. The front of my oven has been missing since August, and it took 5 requests for someone to fix my thermostat.
As an international visitor to Phoenix, I’m very glad I made the choice of living in Roosevelt Point. I do highly recommend this place for its convenience and homey feel!
Friendly staff and willing to go above and beyond to make a comfortable living environment. I commend the Management Group on their training of the employees.
I like living here despite how annoying construction workers are at 6 am in the morning. However, I love my bedroom. I have a nice view of Phoenix and my bed is super comfy!
This is an amazing stay... So many nice people to live around and there is no other place that I wrote the be. ..e closer to campus and I live living here
Decent enough. Sometimes things need to be cleaned up. But that is more fault of the residents than the apartments management. Nice to have armed security even at night.
It’s a good apartment at the heart of downtown Phoenix. I recently graduated from ASU and work downtown so the location is convenient. The staff is really nice and helpful when I have a problem. It great that RoPo has a program to get matched with roommates so you can live in a bigger apartment. I recently made some great friends because of the option. I’m happy to live here.
Clean, and new. Just wish the water was a bit hotter. Also bar across the street (Paz) is incredibly loud during week day nights, not the apartments fault though.
My apartment and community are extremely comfortable. It’s easy to live at Roosevelt Point. The staff is always happy and helpful, as are the other residents.
I like that the location is downtown and close to everything. And having some electricity included is really nice. Sometimes the downtown noise can be a bit much but its not that bad.
Roosevelt point is a friendly, kind and hospitable environment. There are some inconveniences and frequent maintenance issues, but overall my experience has been positive.
I think living here is actually very nice! I am able to get to class, the gym and even my favorite coffee shop very easily! I would say if you’re thinking about coming downtown this is the place to do it.
Roosevelt Point has such a great location to the ASU Downtown campus! I love just walking only 7-8 minutes to my classes every morning and they have so many great amenities too along with a super friendly staff!
Always has a weird smell, almost always smells like pee near the pool which is not pleasurable when walking by or guests come to visit. I feel like i’ve had nothing but problems but the office tries and helps.
Ability to live with friends has been huge. One thing I like at Ropo compared to other places around here is, knowing everyone around you. Having access to both buildings is very nice as well with a mandatory parking spot
My experience living here as a resident has been great. I love when Roosevelt Point does events for the residents and I think the staff is friendly and helpful.
I love living here! The staff is great and super helpful and I know that they are always there to help me with a problem. However, the elevators are kind of slow and a bit sketchy.
I’ve loved living in Roosevelt point. It’s close to school and the staff is always so helpful. I love the amenities, the pool and gym are my go to.
I enjoy how close and convient the apartment is to the downtown campus. I am able to walk back and forth from classes and work. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but that’s what I get for wanting to live downtown.
Roosevelt Point is affordable, close to a bunch of stuff (ASU Downtown, Phoenix Convention Center, TSRA, and an AMC), and the staff here does a good job.
I love the design of Roosevelt Point. The apartments are sleek and modern. There are options for roommate pairing and bringing your pet. That's very unusual for a student apartment complex!
Really nice community, clean living areas and working amenities. Not too far from ASU downtown. Affordable and worth it for ASU students fresh out of the dorms.
The living space is nice and relatively large, and the location is very convenient. The pool is nice, and the gym is convenient if a little small.
I really enjoy living at roosevelt point. everyone here is super friendly. any problem my roommate and I have had with the apt had been fixed
I am enjoying living at Roosevelt Point. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The music they play can be super loud in the early mornings so that is not fun. Also, the gym is a bit small for such a big building but otherwise, it is great collegiate housing.
Staff is friendly and helpful, I’ve enjoyed my time here and I would recommend it especially if you are a student. Campus is a short walk and there are plenty of places in a close proximity to enjoy yourself at.
I really love living here! I think the only bad thing I would say is sometimes it takes a long time to get replies on emails from people at Ropo if I have questions about things. Otherwise y'all are great!
I thoroughly enjoy living here. It's a great location with very friendly staff and fun activities always going on. Could improve on maintenance orders (updates, timeliness, etc) but overall nice and clean apartment complex.
I love Roosevelt Point! It's my first experience living in my own apartment, and I love being able to live easily with the helpful staff and maintenance workers. Thanks for the great experience!
roosevelt point is the perfect location for students at downtown asu. it’s a 10 min walk away. they also have some cool amenities like a big pool with a hot tub, and a gym.
I enjoy living here. The only down side is that people tend to be loud at the pool right outside the window but 🤷🏾♀️ that's not to bad most days
A couple issues with maintenance timing, as well as some communication issues, but overall a good place to live. Trash rooms need attention.
Honestly it’s to much to live in a room and pay 830 a month and having roommates. The walls are to thin so I can hear a lot andd the gym is to small. Thought it would be soo much bigger in person. I leased here cause it was the only apartment that I can find close to school. But never came to see it in person.
Rooms are small but also i want a gift card because i'm already paying too much and want to mitigate that a little bit now i need more characters
Great apartment. Residents are very nice and respectful. Very few complaints. Main complaint is sound. I can hear everything from my common area in my room. Really distracting.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the facilities have nice amenities. I appreciate the close location to my campus and the furnished option made moving in super easy.
Fun staff! Safe living! I love living at ropo because it's close to campus and a beautiful place to live at with a nice coffee store and a hair salon
Great front office staff love Emma, both Laurens, and Sam. Loud music during office hours, smelly hallways, and the elevators don't always work.
I don't really talk to anybody but I enjoy being here, mostly because it gives me a chance to live by myself and do things alone. Everything here is clean, efficient, although the elevators are broken sometimes, I still enjoy being here.
This is the noisiest place I’ve ever lived. They play music very loudly from 8:30am to 8:30pm every day, nonstop!!!! The elevators are always out of service, so as the print room. I definitely won’t live here next year
Honestly, I was super skeptical about moving into this complex. But after I finally got settled in I realized that it’s a great environment, everyone is super friendly. The rooms are really nice, and has that “college vibe.”
The community at ROPO has been awesome. The front office employees are so helpful and friendly. The business center is so convenient and it is nice that we are able to print on site. The last work order we put in for our ice machine has taken over 3 weeks so it has been a bummer to go to the store and buy ice instead of having it in our freezer. Overall, I really enjoy living at RP.
I really enjoy the apartment complex that I live in, I don't interact with a lot of people, however, the few times I have, they have been very nice and friendly. People do drive like crazy maniacs in the garage, however, so please slow down ;) Sometimes its extra noisy outside like my windows are made of paper and I don't understand why because my walls are concrete so why are my windows so thin? But the noise usually goes away by the time I fall asleep. Also, to whoever skateboards EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. at 10 pm. why? go skateboard somewhere else at a different time. thanks. :)
Living at Roosevelt Point is great! My only issue is the elevators not always working which sucks because I live on the 5th floor. Staff is always very friendly.
Overall this is a great place to live. Amenities, community, and apartments are good. Apartments are small for the price and it is fairly expensive compared to neighboring communities. Air conditioning units are incredibly loud (even after asking maintenance to fix them). I do enjoy the style (concrete floors and cielings w/white). Maintenance requests are always finished timely as well.
Love the location, amenities and staff. I I wish they would fix some simple errors with the computers in the lounge. I love the grounds and facilities. Not happy with the frequent elevator break downs and unhappy that my broken A/C compressor has taken so long to be repaired. Prefer more frequent communication from maintenance staff regarding the status of my maintenance service. I love the community assistants who are always so helpful
Outstanding experience thus far! Best option to live downtown for a student! I struggled finding an affordable place to live downtown and close to the ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus, this was by far the best option and that’s because of the great staff, amenities and location.
I just moved here in August and I have never been happier. It is so close to the ASU campus, making it very easy to get to class and go to community activities. My apartment unit was very clean when I moved in and all of the amenities (pool, fitness center, movie room, etc.) are very well taken care of. The staff are all beyond helpful, friendly, and are always smiling. The overall feel of the complex is welcoming and really promotes a sense of community. I absolutely love living here and look forward to the next 3-4 years. I highly recommend living here, especially as a college student.
The parking is a hot mess. They definitely didn’t take into account how many units there would be. Management’s follow up is also awful, they’ll claim they try but they really don’t.
The process of renewing your lease is awful. Staff makes you move around and will already lease your room to someone else before your lease is up. The day I was supposed to move into my new unit, staff told me they changed it to a different one, which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t have renters’ insurance for a different unit. The elevators never work. The water heater in my room smells awful. You can get a furnished apartment, but the furniture is cheap and ugly. It’s so overpriced. I wouldn’t live here if it wasn’t close to campus. I’m never in my apartment because it’s not homey at all and feels like an overpriced dorm room.
I have already lived here for about one year and have had no serious complaints so far! The staff and management here are always incredibly helpful and the maintenance team always finishes my requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend!!
The apartment has some things that should have been fixed before my roommates and I moved in. So far I like living here. It's conveniently located to ASU downtown.
Being a resident here at Roosevelt Point has been great so far despite a few technical issues with the building. The staff here is so kind and friendly and are sure to make it feel like home :)
Amazing community! Great utilities, friendly staff, beautiful views! The rooms are spacious and the utilities are all brand new and upgraded. The ambience is perfect for students and parking is easy to find as well
I love everyone here at Roosevelt Point. I have had amazing experiences especially with people in the front office. I will definitely be renewing my lease.
I have been living here for about 2 months and so far it’s been great. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Maintenance has been pretty quick. Office staff have been very nice. Overall great experience so far and the price is awesome compared to surrounding apartments.
Great and convient place to live for students downtown with nice amenities included! Staff have been touched up a bit which is nice but have had trouble in the past. Overall great community with in my experience quietish living environment with fast maintenance.
I have had zero problems so far, except my apartment was dirty when I moved in so they did an awful job at cleaning it before hand. After I cleaned it myself though it was nice and things have been going well.
Clean modern apartment in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The Pool, hot tub and fire place. You can’t go wrong living here. Covered parking and affordable.
Very convenient place to live for students at the downtown campus! The staff is very friendly and work orders are completed promptly. The free food events are great.
I love the location and the amenities! It is a 5 minute walk to school and I can come home and get my workout in without having to go anywhere else!
Great location and an awesome place to live! Close to campus and very nice rooms. The best part about Roosevelt Point though has to be the beds!
Very pleased with Roosevelt Point! I love the staff, layout of the apartments, and the location. The apartments are well updated, my favorite part being the island in the kitchen! Wish I had started living here earlier.
Overall I love living at roosevelt point. I love the concrete throughout and the amenities are great. The office is super clean and the staff is nothing but friendly.
Overall, living at Roosevelt Point was a good move. It offers a little more privacy then the campus dorms did and the roommate matching system worked well not only for me but for friends that I talked to as well. The only downside about this place is probably that the halls and elevators often look dirty and there is usually not paper in the printer. Having to walk five feet or make a 30 second phone call to get paper is way better than having to pay ten dollars to print on campus though, so it makes up for it! Move-in events were fun and made me feel more at home too!
Absolutely amazing, staff is always professional and kind. They seem to always be there when I was having difficulty moving in. Absolutely recommend living here for others being that it’s extremly close, if you can’t manage the smaller living living space, make sure to get a studio, if there’s room!
I love living at roosevelt point everyone is so welcoming and genuinely concerned if you have any issues! They paired me up perfectly with my roommate based on our preferences!
I really enjoy it here. It’s quiet peaceful and city. The community is clean and it’s located in the best area downtown Phoenix has to offer. I’m enjoying it!
great experience, all the staff there are very helpful. They amenities of the building are great. I recommend high floors. some of the apartments has a great view.
Great amenities. Nice and helpful staff. Some apartments are noisy. High floors are usually better. Some apartments has a great view. The hot tub is great.
Great amenities, good location, I like the individual leases and the shuttle service to the grocery store. Just frustrated sometimes with customer service when things go wrong in our apartment or in the parking/bike garage.
Fantastic support from the Roosevelt Point team, along with the high quality of amenities and great location, makes RP a great place to live!
I love living at RoPo and all the amenities included. My only negative opinion is on the response time and lack of urgency from the front office.
Pricey but convenient. Wish floors were hard wood instead of concrete and had recycling. Noise levels are low, staff is friendly, and grounds are clean
So far, Roosevelt Point has been a great choice for a place to live. The staff are always so nice and so helpful especially during mive in day. I cant wait to see what the rest of the year holds.
Location is great for asu downtown students. Staff is very friendly and the maintenance team usually fixes issues within a couple days. Great place to live.
Living at Roosevelt Point so far has been awesome! Maintenance requests have been filled quickly and the onsite amenities have been useful. Noise level has been at a minimum but over the summer occupancy drops so we will see where that goes. Keep up the solid work RoPo.
Great place to live overall. Excellent location with amazing amenities. The staff is friendly and maintenance is timely and efficient. I would definitely recommend living here especially as a student.
Great community and residence but poor customer service in the fact they forget to do things a lot and also arent reliable sometimes. Overall I would recommend because it is fairly priced and is quite nice to live in.
I have not moved into Roosevelt Point yet but so far it’s been a good experience! Management has been extremely helpful and friendly and my room mate assingment was done quickly and professionally.
I have not even moved in yet, and my experience has already been awesome. I thought it would be tough finding an apartment in Phoenix since I’m moving from Alabama, but the Roosevelt Point staff made it so easy!
Living at Roosevelt Point has been amazing. The facilities are comfortable and the community assistants and staff are friendly. The location is perfect!
The apartments are clean and maintenance responds quickly; however, the community itself is not ideal. The other residents are noisy and their dogs don't seem house broken. As evidenced by the elevators and hallways consistently smelling.
Things are broken a lot and the front desk is not the nicest or most knowledgeable. However it is a fairly nice and clean place to live in a great location.
I love living here. I have been here for almost a year and it has been a great experience. There have been a few issues along the way but nothing major
Management is uninformed. Employees misrepresent promotions and rent increases. Maintenance has ignored last few requests. Packages are sent back if they do not have apartment number written on package, even though full name is included. Community facilities rarely if ever repaired.
great place to live wish the gym was a lot better. They have cool events every once in a while which is a plus. It is a great place to live if you are a college student going to the downtown phoenix campus.
I enjoy living here. It is the perfect location for Arizona State University students. It is close to campus and just a quick walk to get to the campus.
Love living here! The staff always has fun contests and activities, which makes being a resident here really enjoyable. All the amenities are wonderful too.
Nice apartment in great location. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. Front desk never answers the phone. Elevators and gates break often and take a while to get fixed which is frustrating.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! I loved the pool parties and other events held to encourage everyone to get to know each other. Great place to live, security is a priority, and very pet friendly!
Ropo is pretty cool, the best thing about it is that they offer furnished units which not a lot of other apartment complexes around here do.
Inadequate backround checking, unfair rooming policy, and barely decent compensation led to a real threatening experience with another roommate that somehow got matched with my and my other rommates profile, when there was not one thing in common with the man. After the fact, we basically had to fight for compensation and there was no communication between staff members on the matter, and it caused us to be vacant from our own apartment for a whole month. All in all, management did what they could, at slightly wrong times, and they may not have even known they were doing anything wrong, however it seemed as if management was trying to cover for themselves instead of truly helping. The issue was resolved, but I truly believe many different aspects could have been avoided in this matter.
I love living at Roosevelt Point. The convenience of the complex to ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus is the main reason why I like it here, but I also enjoy the friendly staff and great amenities of the place.
Employees are very nice, the building is great. comman areas are very clean. Make sure to choose your roommates. they need to orgnize more community events.
Roosevelt Point is conveniently located to the asu downtown campus which is great for most of the students that live here. I also love how friendly the staff is
Loving at Ropo has been a great experience. The maintenance comes quickly when you put in a request and and the staff is very friendly. Most people who live in this building are students so that has been nice. Overall good quality of living.
I love living here at Roosevelt Point! The office staff is always happy to help and maintenance gets things done! The apartments are pretty spacious for the price and love the atmosphere around Roosevelt Point. Lots of shops and restaurants to try!
It is always a joy to live here. Closer to campus, uber is always less than 2 minutes away and it leaves me at the door. Staff is friendly and maintenance comes in pretty quick.
I love living here! I have been here for almost a year and it has been a great expierence all the workers are so nice and caring and if there is ever a issue they are always willing to help.
Office staff can be unhelpful at times. Also the gates in the garage are always broke along with the elevators. I feel that we pay too much as residents got everything to be broken all the time.
Overall a great place to live that is safe and fun. The amenities are also amazing. The people that live here are very respectful and I have never had any issues.
I love living here so much! It's so great that the utilities are included and affordable. It is such a great location and accessible to all the fun things downtown like first fridays!
Everything is constantly broken and I’m paying too much money for what I’m getting. Fix the doors. Fix the treadmills. Fix the elevators. Fix the key fobs.
it has been a good place to live as a college student. walking distance to everything. But as expected with living at a place with college students usually loud.
Roosevelt Point is great. Being so close to campus makes life a lot easier, being that I don’t have to drive here and find parking. Also the area is so lively and entertaining.
Roosevelt point is a great apartment building to live in. It’s within walking distance to school and work for me. They have individual leases, which is unique, and you don’t have to pay utilities separately. You have the option to get a furnished room so that was a big deciding factor in moving here. Overall, good place to live and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and school.
Ropo is beautiful and a great deal for the prime location it is in, also a very nice atmosphere for living and safe. Me and all my friends enjoy being so close to each other as well.
Very responsive staff. Maintenance requests done within a week at the most. Really safe since all entry points require a key. Parking is in a separate building if you live in the South Building though.
My experience at Roosevelt Point so far has been pretty good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and maintenance has resolved any issues I've had with my apartment super quickly and effectively. I really appreciate how helpful and enthusiastic everyone who works here is.
So far, my experience signing up for Roosevelt Point has been fantastic. The staff was extremely helpuful and friendly during the entire process of signing up. I was also lucky enough to get a gift card which I appreciated.
I have had the best experience living at Roosevelt Point! It is conveniently located to a lot of different shops and activities downtown. The views are great, maintenance is always on top on problems and the staff is attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend RoPo to anyone!
Roosevelt Point provides a great environment for college students. It's close to campus, in a convenient location for events downtown, and has great living spaces.
Roosevelt Point has been the best choice for me because it’s so close to campus and it has the cheapest rates compared to all the other apartments that are downtown
For a first apartment, RoPo is a dream come true!! My favorite part is definitely the spacious windows which offer a wonderful view. I adore my room here at RoPo. The elevators seem to always be smelly, but I guess there's always the stairs!
So far, I've loved living at RoPo. Not only is the area great (can walk everywhere), but the apartment and view is amazing. Everyone that lives in the building is so nice.
Etiam efficitur, enim at placerat eleifend, odio tellus accumsan velit, eu posuere mauris odio congue est. Nulla fringilla condimentum aliquam.
Very convenient location for Downtown ASU students. Student friendly but nothing like a dorm; management treats you like an adult. Nice rooms and great amenities.
They were very understanding about paying my security deposit and very helpful! They did not force me into signing anything and explained all fees clearly.
TOO NOISY I CAN HEAR MY ROOMMATE'S PRIVATE LIFE AS WELL AS MY NEIGHBORS IT REALLY BUGS ME I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT YOU SHOULD'VE USED BETTER INSULATION MATERIAL
Living spaces are fitting for a student-lifestyle. The upkeep and cleaning process between move-ins is poor. My apartment toilet has been clogged since before my move-in. Walls were dirty. Mold around the tub. The apartment is in a high crime area--recent incident of a woman being attacked by a homeless man included. Maintenance employees are helpful and very easy to deal with. Front office people are friendly. Overall premises is poor, service is great.
Living here at Roosevelt Point has many benefits like it is convenient, cheap, clean, ASU oriented and the service here is awesome. One of the best thing it that this apartment is located in downtown which is about 15min walk away.
It’s a good place to live. The ammeneties are nice. The community events are cool. All in all a good place, no issues with it that I can think of
Great place to live! Only a few minor issues with amenities once in a while. There is not much noise at all, and it is also in a great location.
I think my experience has been great since I moved in thanks! I enjoy going to the pool and going to the gym downstairs. It's also really quiet where we live since we are on the corner.
Location is awesome but it has issues. I can basically hear "everything" from my room. No sound-proof at all (you will suffer especially during first fridays). Staffs and maintenance are fine though...
I love living at Roosevelt Point. It is in a very convenient location near the ASU Downtown campus, where I study. It is also a close walk to several different public transit stops, as well as Downtown attractions like Chase Field.
I absolutely love living here. It is a great environment especially for college students because it is close to the asu campus and provides amazing resources for students.
It’s a pleasure to live in roosevelt point because of good service and feeling of being home away from home. The stuff is amazing and people are friendly.
I love living at Roosevelt Point. The apartments are spacious and sleek-looking, and everyone who works here, including the office and maintenance staff, are so helpful and friendly. In addition, Roosevelt Point is located in a neighborhood packed with awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend for students or anyone looking to live in Downtown Phoenjx.
Roosevelt point is an amazing environment to live in especially for college students. Very quiet environment and friendly staff. Maintenance is also very friendly. Overall amazing experience.
My experience so far has been great. I appreciate the staff and the help they have provided me. They are extremely friendly and make RoPo feel like home.
I love Roosevelt Point. It is a great location with all the amenities I could ever want. If there ever is an issue, the staff are on top of it!
Amazing place to live! Very quiet, allows for studying and a great office staff. They are always there to help with anything you need and respond to emails right away.
It is pretty whiet which is nice when I am trying to relax or do my homework. The walk to class is not very long so it doesn’t feel like i am far from campus
Overall Roosevelt Point is a great apartment complex, I very much enjoy the pool and grill area. I also enjoy the group activities scheduled by the staff.
Super convenient location and nice staff! Having two gyms and two pools is also a bonus, along with the coffee shop and sandwich place in our building.
Everything about the community is great. The staff is super helpful, and everything is lumped into one easy payment at the beginning of the month.
Ropo is Clean, the staff and residents are so friendly and I love that they have individual leases on rooms here. No other apartment buildings Downtown Phoenix offer this, it’s great!
I've loved living at Roosevelt Point for the last 3 years. The staff is so welcoming and kind. They're always hosting events to make their residents feel more at home and it's the perfect place to learn to live on your own! It's a place I feel extremely safe and close to my work and schooling (and of course the vibrant life of Downtown Phoenix)!
Roosevelt Point is a great place to live now that there is no more construction noise around my apartment. I just renewed my lease for another year. My favorite thing about Roosevelt Point is feeling safe, the location, and how everything is included in the rent.
Roosevelt Point is the PERFECT apartment for living on your own for the first time! <3 Plus, the view of the sunrise in the morning is unbeatable and beautiful!
My overall experience has been good! I definitely enjoy living here a lot. The apartments are nice although there’s been some maintence issues, but they’ve all been taken care of in a timely manner. It’s a great first place to live.
I love living at Roosevelt! It is covenant and clean while being located in the funnest part of the city. The pool is beautiful and is right next to a grill area.
I love Ropo's atmosphere. It's close enough to the Downtown campus that it has a college feel but it's far away enough so that I can leave the ASU bubble. It also has great amenities. Living in the North Tower, I have a sense of privacy from the outside world.
It has been a great experience! Its near the downtown campus and near great food places. Love that it's individual leases and everyone gets their own space
I enjoy living here. It has nice amenities. The rooms are nice and pretty spacious for an apartment building. The office staff are very helpful. This is a great home!
Great furniture, beautiful pool and wonderful employees. Maintenance will handle your issue within a day. The only downside is the air conditioning is extremely loud.
The proximity to campus is one of the reasons why I decided to live at Roosevelt. After living here a few months I feel at home and the staff is friendly and always ready to help!
By far the best apartment I've stayed in up to this point. Maintenance is timely and efficient, the security is great, and the staff are friendly. I wish the fitness room were bigger, but it is enough for a quick workout. The trash system and cleanup could be better, but overall the apartment complex is great.
The staff are SUPER friendly and always ready to help. The building is so secure it makes me feel that my daughter is safe at all times. It has cameras, key fobs are required to enter all areas, and security guards patrol the area.
Roosevelt Point is a pretty cool place, pretty close to asu and the rent isn't to bad. The maintenance is really good. The pool is good too but the gym can be better.
I do appreciate that my unit is fully furnished and untilities are included (except the electricity cap, that really sucks), but so far I have not had that many issues. My main problems so far have been noisy residents, bugs in my bathroom, and our unit being pretty dirty when we moved in. For the amount of rent that we both pay, I expected it to be a bit nicer.
So far I have lived here for about 5 months I enjoy living here and the maintenance people are very responsive! The only thing is the people in the main office aren’t extremely knowledgeable at times
It's very quiet and always clean! The only thing I would fix is the gate FOB. It takes everyone here about 20 tries until it goes green sometimes. The leasing office is never crowded and always easy to get help
Roosevelt point has been a great experience. There are some lacking amenities compared to surrounding apartment complexes. The gym is very minimal. The outdoor grills always seem to have issues.
It is such a wonderful place to live with a great environment and friendly staff. I moved in a few months ago and I am already enjoying it so much. Would definitely recommend Roosevelt Point to many others
It's been a pleasure living at Roosevelt Point! He maintenance team is very responsive and the office is extremely helpful and considerate about their residents.
I like living here so far (been here about a month). The bar across the street can be loud, which makes studying rather difficult, but it is what it is.
I really enjoy the people here and how fast I can get my mail. Only thing is I don't like the elevators on North side always one broke and sometimes frustrating.
I really like living in roosevelt point. I love the area of the facilities. What really stands out to me is the little events or activities they hold every once and awhile. Things like breakfast, pool parties. I think it is a little overpriced, but it is very convenient being a college student.
Good feeling of community. Good environment for fun and school. Always willing to help others, and always well maintained and clean. Great location.
So far my experience at roosevelt point has been great. It very close to my classes. It’s only a 10 min walk. I like the staff very helpful.
I really like the apartment, really friendly vibe. Nice amenities, quick service and relatively safe environment. Staff is very friendly and maintenance comes quickly
Living here is very convenient. Having individual leases with almost everything included definitely makes my life easier. For the most part, the roommate matching service also works well.
My experience so far has been very positive. I love being so close to not only my school but also my work. Everything is eapjing distance from my apartment
Everthing has been great...especially the people. Maintenance people are always there when you need them! I wish our 2nd elevator was working as it is difficult with 2 dogs to get them outside.
RP is a convenient, comfortable community to live in. I like that they offer the option of furnished apartments for a low extra cost, although there is a monthly parking fee. The long-time staff and maintenance are super nice and prompt with responding to resident concerns, which I really appreciate.
I have had no problems with RoPo so far. The staff is friendly and organized, the rooms are in great condition, and I love calling this place home. Only complaint is slight noise but that's expected living downtown
This is a nice place to stay, convenient location in downtown, a lot of spaces within rooms, great services and communication from management, facilities are new and of good quality.
This is the second time I lease at Roosevelt Point and I love it here. So much bang for my buck. Rent includes room, cable, internet, it comes furnished, utilities are paid and the first $80 of my electricity bill.
I have enjoyed my time at ROPO. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. They keep the grounds clean and maintenance responded to our request within 2 days.
They include all utilities and cover 40 of electricity. Cable and wifi also included in the rent. Best deal in Phoenix. Not to mention being right downtown by ASU downtown and the light rail. Very satisfied.
Awesome!! the only reason I removed one star is the elevator. The smell in the elevator is gross..!!!! Where does the smell come from? Also it is not fully working
The community is pretty nice. There are a few events that are really fun. The front desk is very helpful and on top of everything when you are picking up a package.
The residents are all so friendly and staff is so helpful! It's nice that we can fill out our own maintenance requests and the office hours are really flexible.
Great place close to school. For the price you get a lot and it's a good place for mixing work and play. Graduating in December but my stay so far has been positive.
I really love the neighborhood! The apartment is lovely, but it is clear that some corners were cut during construction. For example, the tub is not grouted in properly, and the handles for the laundry unit were not properly installed.
Roosevelt Point is awesome! I love my apartment. It is the perfect amount of space for me and my needs, and I love the proximity to ASU Downtown.
I love living here and enjoy the multiple coffee shops, places to eat, and amenities! Roosevelt Point has so much to offer, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
I love how empty the pool is most of the time. The sounth building is so clean and quiet and relaxing. I have a I really love the study room.
Great complex to live in, especially compared to the dorms I lived in freshman year. Move in was rough because a lot of things in the apartment were faulty or broken, but since then, things have improved.
Nice apartments. Nice people. Nice amenities. Kind staff. All in all a good place to live. Lots of perks like the pool, computer center, and gym
This is a perfect place to be. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional, the people are amazing, I really like being here everyday all day.
Roosevelt Point is a solid place to stay because of the convenience to the Downtown Arizona State Campus. The apartments have everything you need
I love apartment. It's spacious, and furniture is good.
They could improve cable though, the quality is terrible.
I like the location, and the activities
I love living at Roosevelt Point! The amenities are great, and everyone is so friendly, especially the maintenance staff. It's also located so close to many great downtown spots. I definitely recommend Roosevelt Point to my friends looking for a place to live.
wish my community was a little more on top of meeting resident needs, but i do love the area and the people are super friendly. The gym could use some work and for a dog friendly apartment they should have better access to trash cans
At first I was a little scared to live with young adults, but they are responsible. I Absolutely love my apt and my room-mate. I love the area and the price.
So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Roosevelt Point. The only issue we had was in figuring out how to run the air conditioning, and shortly after we called and asked for directions a man up and showed us how to work the thermostat. So - my experience with maintenance and management has thus far been good.
Roosevelt Point has been an awesome place to live so far! Very quiet, quick matienece service, great pool and decent workout area! So far I would give it 5 stars.
Good although front desk staff is not always helpful or can be more friendly. They often just have you email a manager to gets your question or request fulfilled. In general, the community is typically quiet and clean.
This experience has been great so far Roosevelt has been ensuring that my move in is as seamless as possible. They have answered all my questions and addressed my concerns very promptly
Nice and clean community, safe, and staff is prompt about responding if any problems are encountered. Facility is well maintained and the amenities are nice which include pools, grills, and gyms.
Clean building with great amenities, staff is always available and responds in a timely manner. Great downtown location with easy access to the light rail and other means of public transportation.
I have had an excellent experience with Roosevelt Point so far. The staff is very friendly and the complex and community feels secure. I love that they have community events at the apartments for residents to attend.
I love Roosevelt point! It has great location and the most affordable price. The staff are really nice and make it easy to express my concerns.
We recently moved in. I think the highlights of this complex have to be the beds (SO comfy) and the parking lot. I really like how it's really secure and the parking spots are labeled. A friend had someone in her spot today and they immediately assigned her a temporary spot and had the car towed. It really stinks there's no guest parking, but at least there is plenty of street parking... if your guest knows how to parallel park! I have noticed quite a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed. Nothing too major though! It's decent student living. The people working here are really friendly.
Phone calls have been returned promptly and all questions have been answered. Very nice phone staff courteous and knowledgeable. Can't wait to move in tomorrow!
Roosevelt Point is very suited for student living, especially those attending downtown ASU campus. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff is especially kind and helpful.
thw community halls and the elevators are gross. Honestly my least favorite part about this place. The halls are dirty and the elevators smell.
Solid place to live. Good responsiveness to repairs. Helpful office staff. The apartments are nice and amenities not bad at all. Location is great.
Great apartment. I love the modern look. The concrete floors and columns give it a cool, industrial feel to the apartment. The view from the seventh floor is great.
Man I'm not gonna lie. The pool needs some floating things you know. Paint the concrete walls. Looks like a jail cell. And how am I gonna sign my lease before anyone else and only get a tshirt but other people out here getting all these sick prizes? Wow. Way to treat me.
Great place to live, close by to every city bordering Phoenix, maintenance is always on top of things, my only issue is the elevators constantly breaking down and I've gotten stuck inside twice but once again, the maintenance man always saves the day lol
I love living at ropo: it's an amazing community with great facilities that make you feel like you're at a luxury resort. Excellent and attentive staff
The worst complex ever to deal with!!!! I ll get the pros out of the way... Great apartments designs.. all cookie cutter box like rooms with a hint of style one of the biggest reasons I moved there... Maintenance people are amazing and they do their job very well and promptly. Now for the dreaded long list of Cons... Here we go!
Great community. Love the downtown atmosphere and vibes. I like that everything is modern and up to date appliances. The neighborhood is vibrant but also quiet. I would recommend people to live here.
Throughout our lease negotiations Roosevelt Point's staff was responsive, professional, and polite. The staff fielded all my questions candidly and honestly.
the community is very well organized and extremely clean. I am very excited to live in this community next semester. The complex is beautiful.
Great place to live. Friendly staff. However lots of damages to amenities and sometimes long repair times. Convenient and comfortable, safe location.
I love my apartment community! The rooms are high quality and the maintaintence team is so helpful if we need anything. It's relatively quiet and a really convenient location.
Overall, great place to live! Some issues include damage to public facilities (5th floor trash shoot for example), and I have had a couple packages returned to sender because of unclear package procedures. However, the apartments themselves are very modern and beautiful with spacious storage!
Everyone is really tentative but there are about 4 doors that are broken and my emails are never answered, by the time I realize they're lost in cyberspace, I forgot why emailed in the first place.
The complex handles a large body of students well, but a larger matenance staff would benefit the complex. Due to the immaturity of some residents as well as technological issues that frequently occur in the complex, having a larger staff would not be a hinderouns. However, the apartment complex does a fairly good job with its residents.
Roosevelt Point is a great place to live, the community is awesome and in the perfect location in Downtown Phoenix. Great people and it's within close walking distance to anything you need.
Great location. I love that utilities are included. The views from the south pool area is incredible during the night time. Everything is close by.
This place really embodies what I expected from living in downtown Phoenix. It has a cool vibe, that's laid back yet fun. This place makes living in Phoenix feel like an adventure.
RoPo has been a decent place to live. The staff is friendly and easily relatable. The amenities are too notch and the ability to pay online is very convenient. Noise levels can be a little high sometimes but overall has been a good experience.
I'm very excited to live here again next year. Great staff and apartment complex. I love the space in the apartment and the amenities provided.
The community here is extremely great! I love how friendly the staff and my neighbors are. It's nice being able to use the facility gym any time of the day!
All the staff is very friendly, very quiet apartments. I have lived here for two years and I love the apartments I have never had a problem with the residents or staff.
The community is overall OK, but loud parties and barking dogs have taken it all down a star or two. The loud voices on the patios is another thing that could use a little "attention" from office.
My community in roosevelt point is average. The neighbors keep to themselves and you barely see staff around unless your in the office in south building. Staff in office are generally really nice.
Great housing for students with perfect downtown location. In close proximity to many restaurants and coffee shops. A bit overpriced but is expected for living on Roosevelt Row.
Such a nice and amazing environment, can't wait to move in. The atmosphere throughout the entire place is just so inviting. This is going to be such a beautiful place to live for the next few years.
The appliances in the apartment are all extremely nice and in good quality. I love the convenience of in-apartment washer/dryers. The location is also extremely convenient.
I love living here! The location is perfect here in downtown, plenty of great spots to eat, my apartment is nice and spacious and I have a wonderful view of the city!
Pretty good. Every time I place a maintenance order it gets completed in about 2 days. The front office staff is helpful. The study rooms are convenient.
One of the best places to live if you're still in college. Office hours are great if you have a busy schedule. Usually pretty good and answering back emails
Roosevelt point is a pretty good apartment complex. The community is nice and the location is great for any downtown ASU students. This is my second year living here.
The apartment itself is not bad. Just the basics is all I really need. The gym could be upgraded a little; maybe some extra room and more machines would be helpful. More communication between construction workers, RoPo staff and residents would be much appreciated as well.
Amazing staff and CA that go out of there way to make sure a resident like myself is safe. I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else! + great neighborhood!
It is a pretty place to live with a nice view. I live on the 4th floor and I get to start the morning with a beautiful view of downtown Phoenix. It's great knowing you can go downstairs and run on the treadmill or swim.
I really like it here so far. I wish there was more of a heads up about electricity, and like maybe ideas and ways to keep costs down..So sending out an email with tips and tricks on how to save electricity would be great!
This is a very nice building with great amenities. The staff is friendly but they take FOREVER to get back to. I sent them an email at the beginning of October and they still haven't gotten back to me. There's a couple of pointless rules. But nothing insane.
This is awesome! I love living at Roosevelt Point and it's really cool to be able to earn community rewards.
There's a few things I have questions about (like how to know we're approaching our utility limit, why one of my rent checks wasn't received, etc.), so it would be nice to have some sort of info session residents could come to to ask questions all at once and hearing other residents' questions.
I love the gym but three of the machines have been broken for a few weeks :)
Nothing but greatness! I have really enjoyed living here and the staff does an amazing job accommodating their residents' needs. I know I called matinence a couple times here and there and they always show up no later than a few days which rocks!
I love living at Roosevelt point - it's a beautiful building with lots of great amenities and a friendly, helpful staff. It definitely makes for easy-living.
Its been pretty good so far. There doesn't seem to be any security at night because the 3am drunk crowd is never handled. It is extremely unfair that I pay as much for garage parking, and my spot isn't technically "in" the garage so my car gets trashed.
Maintenance has been on par lately. The staff in the front office has been very imperative, kind, and very welcoming. The pool have been very clean.
Really enjoy living here!!! So far I have had no complaints at all. The staff are great and are always available whenever there is any issue or questions.
Good job. No complaints. The maintenance crew always comes in a timely manner and is very helpful. Nothing breaks and the toilet doesn't get backed up or anything. So the plumbing is good
I've LOVED living at ROPO so far. I've had so much fun living in the city. I love the size of the apartment and where mine is located. I have had some problems with my bathroom, but overall, I have enjoyed my time so far.
The front desk staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and prompt. The maintenance staff is usually timely and the bug terminator was a huge plus and help for us.
The maintenance could be built a little better in regards to doors always being available for use and not broken endangering the safety of the residents.
I am really impressed with the customer service that Roosevelt Point has to offer. All of the staff members are consistently friendly and great to work with!
I love living in Roosevelt Point. I have a four bedroom apartment, and I really appreciate that all of us get our own bathroom. The amenities are nice, cool, modern and clean. I would recommend keeping a closer eye on the gates and security-there have been multiple instances where the back gate has been broken which is concerning for me. Also making sure the pool chairs aren't broken. I fell through a broken one and it hurt! Thanks so much!
You guys are great! I appreciate how none of the staff is In my business. I loved the get to know maintenance pizza party. I feel safe in my apartment and it's a great location.
I love the staff here at Roosevelt point. Every time I go to pick up a package they are friendly and fast. Moved in on august 15 and really enjoy living here.
I like the immediate repair service at this apartment complex. The common area is always maintatined clean and neat. Each building has its own gym and common area which is very convenient.
I think you you are doing good so far and that this rewards things is a good incentive for residents. it allows you get get people active in the living environment and even earn things which is nice
Great apartment. Besides some issues with the A/C and washing machine I've had no issues. Both were taken care of and are working now. Good enviornment.
I love the environment here. Everyone is friendly and respectful. The office staff is always very helpful and maintenance is very reliable. The amenities are well maintained.
So far so good. Haven't had any complaints besides the young security guard that's supposed to patrol at night time. The pool and my apartment view are my favorite.
I like this complex, it is close to campus and a great neighborhood with lots of great places to eat. Parking is good also, in general i just like it here
Definitely Roosevelt Point is a very good apartment complex. There are a few issues here and there, but that's expected with every apartment complex.
Roosevelt Point is nice and conveniently located. As a student at ASU, it is very close to the downtown phoenix campus. The apartments itself are nice. I am a bit confused as to why we are not allowed to lower our thermostat below 74 degrees. I know there is a cap that we obviously don't want to go over, but I don't understand why we can't worry about it ourselves. Also, my biggest concern is the wifi at Roosevelt Point. None of them work very well and are very slow. For a place that hosts many college students, I'd feel the wifi would be a lot better.
It's a very good environment for students. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they are always there when you need help and will assist you as soon as they can.
Maitenance is slow but other than that and themail issue, everything is fine. Roommates are cool. Most of the appliances work. The place is comfortable.
Well! Everything is pretty good so far. Move in was relatively easy, wifi works great. My only complaints so far are
1. I was told the availability of the shorter lease would be indefinite, and now I am on a waiting list because I didn't decide right away what lease i wanted.
2. package center is disorganized
i love living here, best thing ive done all year is choose to live here, the community is great and the staff is awesome. i would recommend roosevelt point, especially if you go to ASU
Roosevelt Point is a great place to live! I have a great view on the 6th floor. The only bad part is noisy construction in the morning and night time, but they're almost done with the apartments around me.
